Job summary

BDO USA, LLP’s Industry Specialty Services Group seeks a Manager for the Nonprofit and Grantmaker Advisory team in the Port Reading, NJ area. You will work with executive teams to modernize operating models, improve reporting, and design technology solutions to support mission impact and sustainability.

You will lead enterprise transformation engagements across finance, grants, budgeting, analytics, and CRM, while guiding change management and client relationships with foundations and government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or MPA preferred.
• 5+ years of consulting, nonprofit finance, operations, technology, or enterprise transformation experience, including ERP/financial system implementations.
• 3+ years of experience with nonprofit accounting principles.
• Prior supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains client relationships with foundations, government, partners, and direct service providers.
• Supervises ISSG staff through training, guidance, and coaching.
• Leads ERP, financial management, grants management, budgeting and CRM implementations.
• Advises executive leadership on technology investments and operational risks.
• Facilitates AI governance and workflow automation initiatives.
