Job summary

Urban Peak in Denver is seeking a Salesforce Support Specialist to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform, ensure data accuracy, and support users daily. You will collaborate with the Data Systems Manager and cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain data consistency with HMIS.

Responsibilities include user administration, reports and dashboards, object/field configurations, and documenting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IS/Business.
• 2 years Salesforce or CRM experience.
• Experience with integrated systems or data synchronization.
• Knowledge of reports, dashboards, data management and integrations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Nonprofit experience or exposure to human services is a plus.
• Team-oriented with proactive problem solving.
• Background checks and TB screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration support, including user accounts and access.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Configure objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, and flows.
• Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Document system processes, workflows, integrations, and data reconciliation procedures.
