Children’s Rescue Fund is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our centralized Salesforce ecosystem across all shelter sites.

You will configure NPSP, manage Case Management modules, support data governance, and deliver dashboards in Tableau for program and funder reporting.

This role requires 2 years nonprofit Salesforce experience, ADM-201 certification, and strong collaboration with staff, vendors, and leadership. Local travel to NYC facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator in a nonprofit setting (NPC/NPSP).
• Active Salesforce ADM-201 certification required; NPC/NPSP certification strongly preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with Formstack, Tableau, and Data Loader.

Responsabilités

• System Configuration: Oversee Salesforce/NPSP; manage Case Management database across sites.
• Integrations: Administer Formstack, Tableau, and donor management reporting.
• Helpdesk & Training: Provide user support, onboarding, and training materials.
