Job summary

FPSA, based in Northern Virginia, seeks a Manager, Data & CRM Systems to own Nimble AMS/Salesforce administration, data integrity, and reporting. You will translate member and campaign data into actionable insights, support campaigns and event registrations, and collaborate across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in Salesforce/Nimble AMS or membership databases, with strong data governance, dashboards, and BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of Salesforce/Nimble AMS or membership database administration experience.
• Experience in a trade association, nonprofit, or membership-based organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Nimble AMS/Salesforce administrator and point of contact.
• Oversee data integrity, standards, and entry procedures across platforms.
• Create and distribute member and revenue reports and dashboards.
• Support audience lists, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
