Job summary

NMIC is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the transition to a long-term ownership model for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. You will work under the Lead Systems Developer to configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce for staff across programs, with emphasis on data security and effective reporting.

The role involves collaborating with program staff, external partners, and IT to deliver scalable solutions, training, and documentation in a hybrid work environment in New York City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on Flow Builder including screen flows, record-triggered flows, and scheduled flows.
• Experience with user management, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with complex filters and formulas.
• Data import/export using Data Loader or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Salesforce configuration, updates, and enhancements including flows and permission sets.
• Support testing and deployment of new functionality and sandbox releases.
• Provide helpdesk support and onboarding for system users.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for program performance and reporting.
• Collaborate with external implementation partner on rollout activities and data migration.
