Job summary

The Phoenix Group is seeking a Salesforce Administrator in New York to manage and enhance our nonprofit Salesforce platform. You will support fundraising, donor management, and program tracking through configuration, automation, data quality, and user support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Salesforce administration, experience with Flows and reports, and familiarity with NPSP or nonprofit data models. Salesforce Admin certification is preferred. This is a full-time role on-site in New York.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, user management, permissions and security.
• Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows.
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards.
• Experience with data imports, exports and cleanup using Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
• Experience configuring Lightning Experience, including record pages and page layouts.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user accounts, profiles and security.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts and Lightning pages.
• Build and optimize Salesforce Flows to automate fundraising and donor management.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support fundraising and program outcomes.
• Maintain data quality via imports, cleanup, and deduplication.
• Support and configure nonprofit data models such as NPSP.
• Troubleshoot connections with third-party fundraising tools and apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable config.
• Provide user training and documentation to boost platform adoption.
• Evaluate Salesforce releases, test updates, and coordinate deployments.
