Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a finance-related field required.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including billing, accounts receivable, or revenue recognition; nonprofit setting preferred.
• Master’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software packages, including report building; Blackbaud Financial Edge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages billing for ILC including DHHS, tuition reimbursement, CACFP, CAPE and related submissions.
• Leads revenue cycle, sets calendars and metrics, reports results to finance leadership.
• Acts as liaison between Finance and ILC; supports management needs.
• Coordinate and support medical billing.
• Conducts billing and revenue recognition, journal entries, and ad hoc reports.
• Prepares weekly and monthly revenue and reimbursement reports with contracts.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and internal controls.
