This is a full-time, 3–4 month temporary position based in New York City, NY, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Nonprofit Recruiter will provide hands‑on recruiting support across temporary and seasonal instructional positions as well as full‑time administrative roles. This individual will manage full‑cycle recruiting, maintain strong candidate pipelines, partner closely with hiring teams, and help keep approximately 10–15 active searches moving efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative recruiter who enjoys balancing high‑volume hiring with professional‑level searches in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $43–$46, depending on experience and qualifications. Scion Staffing temporary employees are eligible for benefits in accordance with applicable plan terms and assignment eligibility.
