Job summary

JSSA is seeking a Program & Consumer Support Specialist in Fairfax County to help maintain day-to-day operations for Youth MOVE. The role offers a hybrid schedule with approximately 10 hours per week and reports to the Director of Behavioral Health Support Services.

Responsibilities include data tracking, responding to inquiries, and supporting event promotion and sign-up forms using Canva and Constant Contact. A high school diploma or GED and strong computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong computer skills — able to navigate Canva, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office, and basic-to-intermediate Excel.
• Highly organized.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Interest in learning more about human services and nonprofit functioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data trackers — check weekly to ensure updated, and reach out to responsible parties to complete any outstanding data.
• Monitor FCYM Instagram and JSSA email, responding to inquiries or looping in the appropriate parties as needed.
• Assist with advertising panels and events using Constant Contact and Canva.
• Support Youth Development Coordinator in creating sign-up forms and evaluations for panels, and in sending continuing education.
