Job summary

JSSA in Fairfax County, VA is seeking a Program & Consumer Support Specialist to provide administrative and communications support for Youth MOVE operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn Canva, Constant Contact, MS Office, and Excel.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data trackers and ensure weekly updates.
• Populate panel data.
• Monitor FCYM Instagram and JSSA email; respond or escalate as needed.
• Assist with advertising panels and events using Constant Contact and Canva.
• Support Youth Development Coordinator with sign-up forms and evaluations; assist in sending continuing education.
