Lyric Opera of Chicago seeks an Institutional Partnerships Associate to support the Institutional Partnerships team in growing grant income and sustaining donor relations. The role involves grant tracking, reports, and coordinating donor visits and meetings.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and comfort with Tessitura and Microsoft Office. Evening events and office presence are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in nonprofit development or corporate fundraising.
• Experience with Tessitura and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support VP and IP team with grant applications, reports, and donor correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, events, donor visits, and site visits.
• Assist with letters of inquiry and grant tracking.
• Support prospect research and donor recognition in Tessitura.
• Maintain accurate records of gifts, partners, and plans.
• Represent Lyric Opera to donors at events and functions.
• Provide general administrative duties and travel as needed.
