Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of nonprofit development experience.
• 2+ years of staff management experience.
• Strong cross-cultural competency and writing/editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional fundraising strategy for foundations, corporations, and government.
• Manage a portfolio of institutional funders and prospects.
• Oversee grants lifecycle: prospecting, proposals, reporting and renewals.
• Mentor Grants team and ensure timely submissions.
