Job summary

Generation Justice (GJ) is seeking an experienced operations-focused professional to support all operational aspects, including payroll and human resources, in partnership with the Director. This part-time, contract role emphasizes strong organizational skills and programmatic systems development to advance GJ’s mission.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, payroll, HR functions, data collection, and program coordination within a nonprofit setting, ensuring smooth daily operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fluency with Google and Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to pass a background check.
