Harlem Grown is seeking an experienced, highly organized HR Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of HR operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and responsive people processes.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the HR Operations Manager is responsible for independently managing core HR functions, including recruitment operations, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, HR systems, employee support, and compliance processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• Experience managing payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, HR systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and discretion in handling confidential matters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and employee support.
• Manage semi-monthly payroll and benefits administration.
• Oversee recruitment, postings, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Ensure accurate HR records, compliance, and HR systems.
• Lead internal communications and staff engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Chief of Staff and COO on compliance matters.
