National Community Renaissance is seeking a Foundation Operations Intern to provide administrative and project support to the Hope Through Housing Foundation in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You'll assist with scheduling, communications, event coordination, and special projects under the Chief of Staff, gaining hands-on nonprofit operations exposure.

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and assist with scheduling meetings and calendars.
• Maintain electronic files and organize shared documents.
• Assist with data entry and drafting newsletters and internal communications.
• Gather stories, photos, and program updates from staff.
• Support the planning and coordination of Foundation events and volunteer activities.
• Assist with event setup, registration, and follow-up, including occasional night events.
• Contribute to special projects with the Chief of Staff and Leadership Team.
