Job summary

LTD Global, LLC seeks a Junior Accountant to ensure the integrity of the general ledger and support month-end and year-end closes. The role is on-site in San Mateo and includes payroll ownership, reconciliations, and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with at least 2 years of experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Blackbaud Financial Edge and ADP Workforce Now. Office suite skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' accounting experience
• Thorough understanding of GAAP
• Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge and ADP Workforce Now preferred

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day and monthly accounting operations, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Maintain GL accuracy and ensure integrity with development database
• Assist audits by preparing schedules and providing reporting
• Document and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows
• Process bi-weekly payroll and related reporting, verify timesheets and dues
• Coordinate payroll with HR and manage deductions and retirement transmissions
• Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgets and special projects
• Other accounting duties as assigned
