Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years HR or admin experience; nonprofit/healthcare background a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters.
• Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead 360° recruitment and onboarding for frontline staff.
• Ensure regulatory and internal HR compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documents.
• Assist payroll, leave tracking, and benefits enrollment.
• Support development and evaluation of HR policies and practices.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
