Job summary

NEW Health in northeast Washington seeks a Grants Manager to oversee grant lifecycle, ensure compliance, and maximize funding for community health programs. You will collaborate with Finance and leadership to align grant activities with organizational goals and reporting standards.

The role requires strong writing, analytical, and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple grants simultaneously. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit administration or equivalent experience.
• Prior grant writing and grant administration experience preferred.
• Experience in project management and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identifies grant opportunities and assesses eligibility for pursuing funding.
• Manages the full grant lifecycle from proposal to reporting.
• Prepares proposals, narratives, and applications for submission.
• Coordinates cross-department teams to implement grant deliverables.
• Tracks grant compliance and produces status reports for leadership.
• Assists with reimbursement requests and financial reporting as needed.
• Maintains grant materials in accordance with records retention policies.
• Occasional travel may be required.
