Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel with financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget planning and presentation for management and board.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Verify and track grant expenditures to ensure compliance with grant agreements.
• Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and governmental accounting standards.
• Maintain and optimize financial systems (QuickBooks) and internal controls.
