• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations, general ledger oversight.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership, Finance Committee, and Board.
• Support annual budget process, monitor expenditures, and maintain projections.
• Track grants, contracts, and restricted funding for donor compliance.
• Coordinate audit preparation and supervise Bookkeeper.
