CLC Ministries International USA is seeking an Accountant/Financial Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting in a nonprofit Christian environment. The role reports to the President and requires expertise in receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has five years of AP/AR/GL/payroll experience, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks. CPA certification or equivalent is preferred, with a commitment to teamwork and mission

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in accounts payable/receivable, GL, payroll and payroll reports.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel and QuickBooks.

Responsabilités

• Handles Accounts Receivable, including internal reimbursements and deposits.
• Oversees Accounts Payable with timely weekly payments.
• Maintains monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Develops monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) for leadership.
• Manages payroll activities and payroll tax filings, including 1099s.
• Supports audit and annual filings (Form 990, etc.).
• Acts as liaison with vendors and departments, ensuring cost containment.
