This role utilizes QuickBooks Online for accounting, manages employee benefits and payroll, donor records, and supports hiring, and strategic initiatives in a busy nonprofit environment in Sheboygan County.

Qualificações

• QuickBooks Online – Required.
• Associate degree (or higher) in accounting, business administration, or comparable discipline - Highly preferred.
• Prior work experience in a non-profit environment - Preferred.
• Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver's license - Required.
• Knowledge of Bamboo and GiveButter platforms - Preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees all financial tasks using QuickBooks Online.
• Manages employee benefits and payroll processes.
• Supports hiring, donor relations, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepares budgets and board financial reporting.

Formação académica
