The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple admin tasks while contributing to broader organizational projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial bookkeeping and accurate recordkeeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial records, including month-end close and reporting.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and cash management.
• Run payroll and oversee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory administration.
• Coordinate travel logistics and file organization.
• Support non-financial data tracking and reporting across the company.
• Assist WI Hub with administration, shipping, inventory, and facilities tasks.
