You will handle AP/AR, fixed assets, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits, ensuring strong internal controls and GAAP compliance. Active CPA with nonprofit experience and a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field is required; previous controller

• Controller or senior accounting leadership experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and audits.
• Strong month-end close and operational accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close.
• Oversee AP, AR, fixed assets, revenue recognition, and inventory.
• Support budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform budget-to-actual and variance analysis.
• Manage cash and monitor cash flow.
• Provide schedules and financial information for external audits.
• Maintain appropriate accounting controls and processes.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff.
