Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting, leading budgeting cycles, and partnering with leadership on financial matters.

Qualifications

• Nonprofit accounting experience required.
• Significant experience in a Controller, Director of Finance, or similar senior accounting/finance role.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting.
• Experience leading or supporting financial statement audits.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to assess accounting processes and implement process improvements.
• NetSuite experience a plus.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• Public accounting experience preferred, but not required.
