Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop internal control policies and procedures for budget, cash, and accounting.
• Direct financial planning, budgeting, procurements, and investment activities.
• Prepare financial statements and regulatory reports as needed.
• Evaluate fund procurement needs and invest surpluses; provide recommendations.
• Monitor KPI and staff performance; advise management on financial objectives.
• Communicate with boards, bankers, investors, and constituents; prepare board materials.
