Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping, budgeting and business analysis (70%).
• Manage Accounts Receivable: invoicing and payments.
• Manage Accounts Payable: bills and expenses accounting.
• Payroll processing including WA state taxes and benefits.
• HR administration: onboarding, timesheets, benefits, reviews.
• Grant management support and reporting.
