Victory Junction, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join the Finance Team. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting operations, including payable processing, cash receipts, and camp-store accounting, in a nonprofit environment.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's in accounting or related field and at least five years of nonprofit experience, with proficiency in BILL or Financial Edge and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years nonprofit accounting experience.
• Proficiency with BILL, Financial Edge or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage accounts payable processing with proper documentation and approvals.
• Administer Bill vendor setup and maintenance.
• Process and reconcile Spend & Expense credit card transactions.
• Record cash receipts and deposits with supporting documentation.
• Handle camp store accounting, inventory, and reporting.
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules and vendor records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close.
