Job summary

Job Connection, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Professional to support the organization's financial operations and ensure accurate records.

The role covers accounts payable and receivable, payroll, GL maintenance, financial reporting, budgeting support, audit prep, and compliance with applicable standards and organizational policies. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• CPA certification is not required.
• Experience in nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
• Support budgeting activities and provide financial analysis.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger and prepare financial statements.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
