Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks an Accounting Manager to own the nonprofit accounting and financial operations, working closely with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.

The role covers month-end close, audits, budgeting, and regulatory filings, with direct responsibility for payroll and internal controls. Strong nonprofit experience and QuickBooks are required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience with nonprofit emphasis.
• Experience with month-end close, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of restricted funds and Form 990 compliance.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and payroll/HRIS systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage month-end close and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, and cash flow.
• Support annual budgeting and financial planning.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare financial reports for executives and Board members.
• Oversee payroll administration and internal controls improvements.
• Support grant budgeting and regulatory filings.
