Job summary

ContinuServe, LLC. in the Chicago area is seeking an Accounting Manager to deliver full-cycle accounting services to nonprofit clients, including financial statement prep, cash management, grant budgeting, and audit preparation.

This hybrid role requires on-site work at client locations three days per week, travel as needed, and close collaboration with a client CFO/Controller. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting, at least two years of experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary accounting contact for nonprofit clients.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and grant reports.
• Assist with cash flow management and month-end close.
• Support audit preparation and compliance with regulations.
• Provide insights to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with client CFO/Controller on engagement matters.
