ContinuServe Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Services is seeking an Accounting Manager to deliver full-cycle accounting for nonprofit clients in a hybrid role around Chicagoland. You will travel to client sites and interface with senior leadership to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

The position requires 2+ years in accounting, advanced Excel, and strong communication. On-site three days weekly with client visits; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client accounting needs.
• Supports financial assessments of clients with senior accounting team members.
• Prepares accurate and timely financial reports for senior leadership.
• Delivers GAAP revenue recognition and lease accounting services.
• Supports annual audit preparation and client funding audits.
• Ensures client compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborates with client CFO/Controller on engagement matters.
