Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) seeks an Accountant to join our nonprofit-focused team serving the Greater Atlanta area including Marietta, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Decatur, and surrounding counties. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3–5 years of related experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with multiple books or clients is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Intermediate Excel skills and willingness to learn more accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Monthly financial statements and related analysis.
• Grant tracking and monitoring.
• Cash flow projections and monitoring.
• Preparation for outside audits.
