Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the general ledger and record financial transactions in GAAP/nonprofit accrual accounting.
• Prepare and post journal entries (e.g., Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Payables).
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and key balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Maintain documentation for financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable via Bill.com and ensure proper coding.
