Minnesota House of Representatives is seeking non-partisan applicants for temporary Committee Page positions for the 2027 session. Positions begin January 6, 2027 and run through the legislature adjournment, typically late May.

Pages support multiple committees and perform tasks for staff and visitors, often with early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends required. Positions are hourly, in-person, 35-40 hours per week, with benefits such as earned sick time, paid holidays, and overtime

Qualifications

• Must be non-partisan and able to work in a politically neutral environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Willing to work long hours including early mornings, evenings, and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist committee staff and legislators before and during committee hearings.
• Collate and distribute hearing materials and messages to staff and visitors.
• Deliver supplies and run errands within the Capitol Complex for members and staff.
• Support House Chamber activities during House Floor Sessions.
