MINNESOTA LEGISLATURE seeks temporary, part-time Page positions for the 2027 legislative session. Duties include hand delivery of documents, filing, copying, collating, and assembling materials.

Flexible morning/afternoon shifts with some evenings and weekends required, in-person work, and nonpartisan service. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.

• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and prioritization under time constraints
• Discretion, tact, and the ability to handle multiple priorities independently

Responsabilidades

• Hand deliver documents to legislators and staff
• File, copy, collate, and assemble documents
• Handle office supplies and perform light to moderate lifting
• Perform other miscellaneous office duties as assigned and work with diverse stakeholders within tight deadlines
