Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking a Cardiac Technician to perform non-invasive cardiac tests and assist across the Cardiac Testing Center. You will support physicians and nurses while maintaining accurate patient records and test results.

The role requires an EKG certification and a minimum one-year clinical background, with knowledge of cardiac procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year clinical background in healthcare.
• Knowledge of cardiac procedures (EKG, stress treadmill, arrhythmia).
• Completion of an approved electrocardiographic techniques course required.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive cardiac tests and related procedures.
• Assist physician/registered nurse as required.
• Maintain accurate patient data and test results.
• Access orders and complete exams using the order entry system.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Demonstrate adherence to hospital policies and compassionate patient interaction.
