Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking a skilled Cardiac Tech to perform non-invasive cardiac tests and related procedures in the Cardiac Testing Center. The role supports physicians and RNs and helps ensure accurate patient data and test results.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, cardiac procedure knowledge, and a basic ECG techniques background. This on-site position offers growth within UHS and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One-year clinical background preferred, with knowledge of cardiac procedures (EKG, treadmill stress).
• Completion of an electrocardiographic techniques course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of test data to ensure safe and accurate completion.
• Promptly report preliminary reports of abnormal findings.
• Assist in emergencies and patient bedside care when needed.
• Maintain patient data and compile test results for records.
• Access orders through the order entry system and complete exams.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Adhere to clinic policies and interact professionally with patients and staff.
