Job summary

Universal Health Services' Riverside Medical Clinic in Riverside, CA is seeking a skilled echocardiography technician to perform echocardiographic studies and support cardiology imaging.

The role requires completing an AMA-accredited echocardiography program, holding registration as an echo sonographer, and current BLS certification. You will operate diagnostic equipment, prepare reports, and ensure accurate patient examinations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion from an AMA accredited training program in 2D, color flow and M-mode echocardiography.
• Registered Echo sonographer
• Current Basic Life Support (AHA BLS Healthcare) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and verify completeness of patient examination prior to submission to Cardiologist.
• Maintain diagnostic equipment in good working order and notify Supervisor or Director of any equipment in need of repairs.
• Record inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Compile echo cardiology reports for physicians and properly label and organize paperwork.
