Job summary

Albert Einstein College of Medicine seeks student volunteers for Reunion and Alumni Day events in Manhattan. Responsibilities include greeting guests, registering attendees, leading campus tours, assisting with materials, and creating social media content. You will support communications and ensure attendees and speakers are reminded of schedules.

Ideal candidates are Einstein MD students who can commit at least 5 hours and work in person on campus for the event day preparation and event itself.

Albert Einstein College of Medicine considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

ABOUT US

Reunion and Alumni Day, which will take place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, are our biggest alumni events of the year and we’re looking for students to help out! The day will begin with Alumni Day on campus from 9am to 3pm. Reunion takes place that evening in Manhattan from 6pm to 10pm (transportation is provided). We are looking for student workers to assist us throughout this eventful day and come into the office a few days prior to assist with event preparation.
