Job summary

Albert Einstein College of Medicine seeks student volunteers for Reunion and Alumni Day events in Manhattan. Qualifications

• Must be an Einstein MD student.
• Must be able to work at least 5 hours.

Responsibilities

• Registration: Check guests in, give out name tags and ribbons.
• Usher/ Greeter: Help greet our guests and show them the way if needed.
• Runner: An extra set of hands to help if any issues come about.
• Preparing Materials: Printing, Assist in stuffing gift bags, nametags, and other materials.
• Campus Tours: Assist and lead tour groups.
• Recording videos and pictures for social media use; other content creation as needed.
• Communications: phone calls, emails or other outreach to confirm registrations, remind attendees and speakers, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned
• Transportation shuttles: Lead alums on to the shuttles and ensure they get to the destination
