Job summary

HomeXpress, a leading Non-QM mortgage lender, seeks an Account Executive in Tampa to build a broker-focused sales book and close mortgage loans with speed and convenience. This on-site role begins with ramp training and offers remote flexibility after ramp based on performance.

You will prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls and emails, track contacts and pipeline in the CRM, and train brokers on HomeXpress products and guidelines to ensure compliant loan files.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in mortgage sales required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and outbound activity.
• Detail oriented in a production-driven environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Team player with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients via outbound calls and emails.
• Track contacts and pipeline in CRM.
• Build relationships with mortgage brokers.
• Maintain sales reports and activity in CRM and other systems.
• Train brokers on HomeXpress products, policies, and procedures.
• Work with loan officers on marketing programs to drive production.
• Stay current on underwriting guidelines and program changes.
• Support brokers through the loan process and pre-qualify files.
