Benchmark Mortgage is seeking a Hedging & Trading Specialist to join the capital markets desk in Plano, TX. The role focuses on pricing and committing Non-QM loans to investors, supporting the hedge process, and maintaining daily data and reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage banking or financial services experience.
• Strong Excel skills and accuracy on market-driven schedules.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Price and commit Non-QM loans to investors and aggregators with accurate terms.
• Prepare daily hedge package for Senior Trader showing exposure and pipeline changes.
• Reconcile loan-level pipeline across origination, pricing, and hedge analytics.
