Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Non-QM Pricing Specialist to manage pricing and rate-lock processes for Non-QM loans. You will focus on exception pricing, off-sheet offerings, and risk-based decisions, serving as a liaison between Sales, Credit, and Secondary Marketing.

You will price quotes, analyze risk characteristics, and ensure pricing aligns with investor guidelines and market movements. This role requires strong analytical and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills required.
• Advanced collaboration and communication with Sales, Credit, Capital Markets, and external partners.
• Experience with pricing engines such as Optimal Blue and LoanSifter and Encompass loan origination system.

Responsibilities

• Report on Non-QM rate lock desk, issues lock confirmations, tracks expirations, and ensures compliance with lock policies.
• Assess and price exception scenarios outside standard rate sheets with Credit and Underwriting teams.
• Issue accurate and timely pricing quotes for Non-QM products, including base and exception pricing.
• Analyze loan-level risk characteristics and determine pricing overlays based on investor guidelines and risk factors.
• Collaborate with Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets to align pricing with hedge positions and market movements.
• Monitor pipeline health and manage pricing exceptions throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Keep abreast of market conditions, LLPA updates, investor guideline changes, and Non-QM trends.
• Document pricing exceptions and justifications in LOS and CRM for transparency and audits.
• Provide insights on exception trends, investor hit rates, and margin impact to management.
• Ensure all pricing actions comply with investor requirements and internal controls.
