Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) Analyst to operate and support the QRM-MB risk management system, model daily risk for rate locks, closed loans, and hedges, and keep PowerBI dashboards aligned with QRM data.

You will work closely with the Capital Markets trading desk to provide timely position information, run risk and P&L reports, and assist with daily process improvements, data reconciliation, and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, IT, CS, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum three years experience in Secondary Marketing, Capital Markets, or QRM/ALM applications, with a technical or functional focus.
• Hands-on experience with QRM-MB, QRM Framework, and QRM Central Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support the QRM-MB system to ensure daily processing and dashboard accuracy.
• Import, validate, and reconcile daily pipeline data between LOS/pricing engine and QRM.
• Update trades and forward positions in QRM to align hedge positions with the pipeline.
• Run daily risk, position, and P&L reports and provide timely information to traders.
