LHH is assisting a Healthcare Non-profit based in the New York City Metro area in recruiting a dynamic Chief Financial Officer.

The CFO will oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury and revenue cycle management, and will partner with the CEO and Board on strategic financial planning. A hybrid schedule is offered with a competitive benefits package including a pension plan.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury experience.
• 5+ years of CFO experience within the Healthcare space (non-profit OR for-profit).

Mansioni

• Oversee all Accounting operations including the G/L, A/P, A/R and Financial Reporting.
• Lead all FP&A including Forecasting, Budgeting, and long-term planning.
• As a Member of the Executive team, work on strategy with CEO and Board of Directors.
• Own Treasury function including cash flow and banking relationships.
• Oversee Revenue Cycle Management operations.

We are working with the CEO of a Healthcare Non-profit based in the New York City Metro area. Due to a recent retirement, they are looking to bring on a dynamic CFO. This organization offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a pension plan and eventual hybrid schedule!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all Accounting operations including the G/L, A/P, A/R and Financial Reporting
• Lead all FP&A including Forecasting, Budgeting, and long-term planning
• As a Member of the Executive team, work on strategy with CEO and Board of Directors
• Own Treasury function including cash flow and banking relationships
• Oversee Revenue Cycle Management operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting; Master Degree Highly Preferred
• 15+ years of progressive Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury experience
• 5+ years of CFO experience within the Healthcare space (non-profit OR for-profit)

COMPENSATION:

$225,000 - $235,000 All-In
