LHH is partnering with a manufacturing CEO in the New York City Metro area to recruit a dynamic Chief Financial Officer. The candidate will oversee Accounting, Finance, Treasury, HR, and IT, driving strategic financial initiatives and cost controls in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor in Accounting or Finance and 15+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years as CFO, with manufacturing cost/inventory expertise and leadership across HR, IT and

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 15+ years of Accounting experience, including 5+ years as CFO.
• Manufacturing industry exposure with heavy knowledge of Cost and Inventory.
• Leadership experience over HR, IT, and Treasury.

• Lead Accounting Operations including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain active oversight of organizational cash flow and liquidity.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

We are working with the CEO of a Manufacturer based in the New York City Metro area. They are looking for a dynamic CFO to join their organization and oversee the Accounting, Finance, Treasury, HR, and IT functions. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Accounting Operations including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Maintain active oversight of organizational cash flow and liquidity.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Lead IT strategy, project management, and IT Finance
• Develop HR strategy including Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Talent Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 15+ years of Accounting experience including 5+ years as CFO
• Manufacturing Industry exposure with heavy knowledge of Cost and Inventory
• Leadership experience over HR, IT, and Treasury

COMPENSATION:

$350,000 - $375,000 + ~20% bonus
