I’m working on a Director of Finance opportunity with a growing healthcare-focused, multi-entity organization.

This role will serve as a key financial partner to leadership, supporting both day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple entities
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including variance analysis and trend identification
• Partner with operational leadership to evaluate profitability, productivity, and key performance drivers
• Oversee month‑end close related to revenue recognition, accruals, and reporting accuracy
• Prepare and present financial reporting packages to executive leadership
• Support business development efforts through pricing analysis, financial modeling, and RFP support
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, reporting processes, and overall financial infrastructure

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience within healthcare, hospital systems, or healthcare services organizations strongly preferred
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall systems proficiency
• This is a highly visible role with strong exposure to leadership and the opportunity to make a real impact.
