Job summary

Welo Global is seeking a detail-focused QA/QC specialist to perform non-linguistic quality control on English translations across pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and clinical content. The role involves running CAT-tools and QA checks to identify inconsistencies and ensure accuracy.

You will validate formatting, numbers, dates, units, and terminology in line with client instructions, and handle non-editable or handwritten source files after conversion.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months QC/QA experience in localization.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Familiarity with CAT tools such as XTM or Phrase.
• Familiarity with QA tools such as Xbench, Verifika, or CAT-integrated QA tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word Track Changes.
• Availability for 4–5 hours per day.
• Ability to meet urgent 12–24-hour turnaround times and manage many small files.
• Willingness to complete an onboarding assessment.
• Submit an English CV detailing QC experience, document types reviewed, CAT tools used, and email and phone contact information.
