Job summary

Perry Health and Rehab Center is seeking a Social Services support role to assist the Director in meeting residents' emotional and social needs. You will help plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the community's Social Services Department in line with federal, state, and local standards and our policies.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, is full-time, with shifts from 7:30a to 4:00p and pay between $25.00 and $30.00 per hour. Equal opportunity employer.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

Shift & Wage:
